Studio 77 provides a peaceful refuge in a city full of fun and adventure- white stucco walls with local art displayed throughout bring the city into your stay. Enjoy a spa-like double head shower with plenty of light and counter space to get ready for all of the fun outings planned during your stay.
Charleston is full of amazing restaurants and local farmers markets. You are a block away from some of the most popular eateries including Melfi's, Little Jacks, Maison, The Daily, and Lewis Barbecue amongst many others! Your stay includes a kitchenette equipped with a Nespresso machine, pour over, automatic water kettle, refrigerator/freezer, induction cooktop and a toaster/convection oven.
A washer and dryer combo unit and steamer are included in a closet with space to hang your garments for a special night out.
Off-street and non-regulated on-street parking are available; park your car and enjoy this city on foot or with the two bikes that are included with your stay.
Maybe you need a little break from adventuring? Take it easy in your private lush patio under the oak and magnolia canopies.
Make Studio 77 your home base while you enjoy the numerous activities around town: cheer for the the Charleston RiverDogs, the minor league baseball Low-A East champions (the stadium is just a few blocks away), visit one of several surrounding beaches, go kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, take in some history, art, architecture, spas, restaurants, shopping, nightlife and much much more!

I look forward to hosting you at my home. My two kids and I love to spend our time enjoying our city the way we hope you will too! I grew up in Latin America and moved to Charleston almost 20 years ago. I spend my time running a floral logistics business; my first job was working as a florist and I have am lucky enough to get to play with flowers and work on fun events around the country as my full time gig. A perk of the job is all the plants I have access to and I hope you will enjoy them during your stay.
Access to Studio 77 is through the common driveway and my yard. You have a bike parking area and a private court yard all to yourself. I welcome you to my home so that you can see why we love the Westside neighborhood. We have easy access to the city and all of its offerings, and the major roadways leading to surrounding historic gardens, beaches, and much more.

There is parking in the driveway and street parking is free without the need of a permit.
The Space
The Space
You have your own guest house tucked away in the back of the property. The studio is a large 1 bedroom area with a queen bed, table and seating area, living room seating, and kitchenette. The hall has a closet with a washer and dryer unit and opens up to your private patio. The restrooms has two shower heads, a regular and rain head, and its own air conditioning zone. Your bikes are conveniently parked outside of the Studio.

Self check in with a smart lock. Access to Studio 77 is through the common driveway and my yard. You have your private bike parking area and a patio all to yourself.

All the essentials are available to prepare your own meals at the studio. There is a nespresso machine, pour over vessel, automatic water kettle, toaster/convection over that can roast a chicken, and induction cooktop.

The washer and dryer are a combo unit located in the closet.

Enjoy the double head shower and the spacious restroom. You are able to control the thermostat in the restrooms independent of the main space. Hair dryer, toothbrushes & toothpaste, and razors are conveniently located in the drawer.
ONLY Toilet paper can be flushed.

Enjoy your complimentary bikes to cruise around town. Bike parking on King St. is limited to the bike racks that are placed in the bike parking areas otherwise you can lock up anywhere else in the city!

Check In time is at 3 pm; you have the option to do early bag drop off if you contact me prior. The Studio address and check in information is provided the same morning as check in since this is my private residence, thank you for understanding.
Check Out is at 10 am and you will receive a form that will help you go through the simple process.
