There is parking in the driveway and street parking is free without the need of a permit.

Self check in with a smart lock. Access to apartment is through the driveway wood gate and into the garden. You have your private bike parking area and a patio all to yourself.

Enjoy your complimentary 2 bikes and a lock to cruise around town. Bike parking on King St. is limited to the bike racks that are placed in the bike parking areas otherwise you can lock up anywhere else in the city!

All the essentials are available to prepare your own meals at the studio. There is a nespresso machine, pour over vessel, automatic water kettle, toaster/convection, and induction cooktop.

Enjoy the double head shower and the spacious restroom. You are able to control the thermostat in the restrooms independent of the main space. Hair dryer, toothbrushes & toothpaste, and razors are conveniently located in the drawer.
ONLY Toilet paper can be flushed.

The washer and dryer are a combo unit located in the closet.

Check In time is at 3 pm; you have the option to do early bag drop off if you contact me prior. The Studio address and check in information is provided the same morning as check in since this is my private residence, thank you for understanding.
Check Out is at 10 am and you will receive a form that will help you go through the simple process.

The Stay at Studio 77 is a peaceful refuge in a city full of fun and adventure. White stucco walls and local art bring the city into your stay. Get ready for your outings in a spa-like double-head shower with plenty of light and counter space. When you need a break from adventuring, relax in your private patio under the oak and magnolia canopies.
The aparmtment is within the Wellness Space, with a training studio, red light therapy, an 8-person custom red cedar sauna, a cold plunge, an outdoor shower, and a garden. Drop in or book a private session at a discounted guest rate- book before you arrive to ensure availability.
Centrally located you have access to Charleston's amazing restaurants, local farmers markets, shopping, art, and more. You're a block from popular eateries including Melfi's, Little Jacks, Maison, The Daily, and Lewis Barbecue.
One off-street parking and 2 bikes & a lock are included. A washer/dryer combo and steamer are in a closet with room to hang your garments for a special night out. Your kitchenette includes a nespresso machine, pour-over setup, electric kettle, refrigerator/freezer, induction cooktop, and toaster/convection oven.
Make yourself at home while you enjoy all that Charleston has to offer. Luggage drop-off is available upon request.
